ManyChat Instagram Automation Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already run my brand’s Instagram account and now need ManyChat configured so the entire marketing engine can run on autopilot. The focus is pure marketing automation: driving new followers into my funnel, capturing qualified leads, and keeping daily engagement high without me living in the DMs.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A clean, GDPR-friendly flow that greets every new IG contact, segments them by interest, and nudges them toward the right content or lead magnet.
• Keyword-triggered replies that feel on-brand and deliver instant value (think “DM ‘FREEBIE’ to get the guide”).
• Sequences that warm fresh leads over several days and hand them off—tagged and scored—to my email CRM.
• Growth tools (comment-to-DM, story mentions, swipe-up links, etc.) wired up so every post or reel can fire a conversation.
• A simple dashboard/report so I can track follower growth, leads collected, and engagement rates at a glance.
I’ll share brand voice docs, creative assets, and current IG metrics as soon as we start. The build is complete when I can run a live test from a public post, see followers drop into the right segment, receive the correct automated messages, and watch the data flow into my CRM without errors.
