Looking for a Social Media Ads Expert (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok) for Local Shop
Budget: $30 – $250 USD

This project will bring the chosen freelancer €1200 per year (management fee, not including ad spend).
We are looking for an experienced social media advertising specialist who can set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok for our local shop in the Netherlands.
What we provide:
• 3x 30-second videos of our services
• 6x short-form clips (ideal for social ads)
• The exact type of shop will be shared at the start of collaboration
Campaign goal:
Our main goal is to drive more foot traffic to our shop.
We will measure success by:
• More people visiting the store
• More direct messages on Instagram
• More phone calls or texts to the shop
What we need from you:
• Proven experience with all four platforms (FB, IG, SC, TikTok) - please only respond if you can cover all of them
• Setup of campaigns (audience targeting, budget allocation, creatives, etc.)
• Continuous optimization and reporting (monthly updates)
• Advice on how to maximize results using our provided content
• Understanding of local targeting to reach people in and around our city/region
Budget:
• €100 for initial setup
• €100 per month for management, optimization, and reporting
• This equals €1200 per year for the freelancer (excluding ad spend)
• We are not looking for cheap solutions, but for realistic and professional collaboration.
Very helpful for the campaign:
• Pixel / conversion tracking setup (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snap Pixel)
• Custom audience targeting (retargeting and lookalike audiences)
• Clear call-to-actions driving visits, DMs, and calls
• Ad scheduling (best times to run ads for our audience)
