The work will start with a quick audit of existing social media profiles and lead funnels, followed by building and executing a complete Hyderabad-focused lead-generation strategy.
Scope of Work
Strategy & Planning
Define Hyderabad-specific target audiences (rent seekers, property owners, agents, etc.)
Funnel strategy from awareness → lead capture → follow-up
Platform-wise marketing plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Content & Campaign Execution
30-day content calendar with post ideas, captions, creatives, and ad variations
Setup and management of paid campaigns focused only on Hyderabad locations
Audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization
Creative direction for banners, reels, and short videos (design support is a plus)
Tracking & Optimization
Conversion tracking setup using:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel
Google Analytics
UTM parameters
Continuous optimization to improve local lead quality and reduce CPL
Landing Page & Website Inputs
Landing page and form recommendations tailored for Hyderabad users
Basic on-page SEO and UX inputs to improve local conversions
