Instagram growth and strategy

I am looking for someone to revamp a client Instagram. This person must be experienced with fashion influencers. Looking for reworking brand identity and creating a mood board for future post. Must be able to create instagram reels and stories with trending info quickly and efficiently. Must have growth strategy and be able to customize it for client.
