I manage the franchise expansion for My Food Kart, an online food-delivery brand scaling through an affordable franchise model. I’m looking for an experienced Instagram content creator or performance marketer who can generate qualified franchise leads via Reels.

Compensation Structure (Per Successful Conversion)

1–3 conversions/month: 30% commission (₹30,000 per sale)

4–6 conversions/month: 40% commission on all conversions

7–10 conversions/month: 50% commission on all conversions

Commission is paid immediately once the franchise fee is received.

Scope of Work

Create Instagram Reels focused on franchise lead generation

Strong hooks, clear business pain points, and CTA to DM / WhatsApp

Provide captions, on-screen text, and hashtag suggestions

Track and report key metrics (reach, engagement, and lead count)

Note: Sales calls, follow-ups, and closing are handled by our internal team.
Your role is strictly content + lead generation.
