I’m looking for a serious and experienced Instagram Outreach Specialist to handle my Instagram prospecting system.
The goal is simple: start conversations with highly qualified leads and book calls.
This is not spam outreach. I need someone who can communicate intelligently, follow a clear structure, and stay consistent.

Your mission will be to manage my Instagram outreach process, including:
1) Lead Research & Prospect List Building
• Find and identify high-quality prospects
• Build lists of ultra qualified leads based on my target audience
• Make sure leads match the criteria (no random accounts)
2) DM Outreach (140 messages per week)
• Send around 140 outreach messages per week
• Use a proven conversation framework (I will provide the structure)
• Adapt messages slightly when needed to sound natural and personalized
3) Follow-ups & Relances
• Track every lead contacted
• Do follow-ups consistently
• Make sure no lead is forgotten
• Reactivate conversations when prospects go silent
4) Conversation Handling (Appointment Setting)
• Reply directly to leads
• Keep conversations natural and smart
• Qualify prospects through messaging
• Push the conversation toward booking a call
• Share my call booking link at the right time

The objective is to book calls with qualified prospects.
I’m looking for someone who understands how to:
• build rapport
• keep the lead engaged
• follow up correctly
• guide the conversation toward a call

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in Instagram outreach / appointment setting / DM closing
• Strong English writing skills (must sound fluent and natural)
• Organized (you must track leads and follow-ups properly)
• Consistent and reliable
• Able to work with clear targets and weekly KPIs
