Instagram Markting

I want to run a funded advertising campaign on Instagram through the Meta Ads Manager, but I am facing a problem in linking the Instagram account with Facebook, and because of that, my campaign does not appear on Instagram. Can you help me to solve the problem and publish a funded campaign to attract customers and reach more customers
