Instagram Influencer Research Specialist

We help high-potential creators (10k–100k followers) build sustainable business models, launch digital products, and scale their influence. We are looking for a detailed-oriented Lead Researcher based in India to identify "hidden gem" creators who have high engagement but have not yet launched their own products or services. Scope of Work: Your job is to use Instagram search to find creators in specific niches and qualify them based on our "Monetization Gap" criteria. Key Deliverables (Google Sheet): Username & Profile Link Follower Count: Must be between 10,000 and 100,000. Primary Niche Monetization Status: Confirmation that they DO NOT have a course, coaching program, or "Shop" link in their bio. Engagement Check: They must have posted at least 3 Reels in the last 14 days with active comments. Requirements: Fluent in English. Payment: We are looking for a long-term partner. We pay a competitive hourly rate or a fixed price per 100 qualified leads. Please state your desired rate per 100 leads in your application.
