The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Instagram growth specialist to help grow our UK audience organically.
This is an initial 1–6 month engagement, with the potential to continue based on results.
Objectives
We want to:
Grow our genuine UK Instagram following.
Increase engagement, reach and brand awareness.
Drive traffic to our website and increase attendance at events and support groups.
Position The Fertility Alliance as the UK's leading fertility support charity on Instagram.
What We're Looking For
You'll:
Develop and deliver an Instagram growth strategy.
Increase organic followers and engagement.
Advise on content, Reels, hashtags and trends.
Identify collaboration and influencer opportunities.
Monitor performance and provide monthly insights.
We already produce regular content, so we're looking for someone who can maximise its reach and impact.
Your Proposal

Relevant experience and examples of accounts you've grown.
Results you've achieved (followers, engagement, reach).
Your strategy for the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
The KPIs you would use to measure success.
Your monthly fee and what it includes.
