I’m launching a new Instagram account in the manifestation / spirituality niche and looking for an experienced Instagram growth specialist who understands organic growth and algorithm strategy.
This project is 100% performance-based compensation tied to real content reach and engagement, not follower purchases.
Responsibilities
• Implement a safe account warm-up strategy for a new account
• Optimize content for reach, retention, and engagement
• Develop hashtag and distribution strategy
• Provide growth and algorithm strategy
• Advise on hooks, captions, and content structure
• Build a real, engaged audience organically
• Create all posts/content by searching existing social media, AI generation and other methods. (you must show you understand the content niche to be hired)
Compensation (Performance-Based)
Payment is released based on verified content performance milestones, such as:
• First post reaching 10,000 views
• First post reaching 50,000 views
• First post reaching 100,000 views
• Additional bonuses for high engagement performance
These milestones will be clearly defined before the project begins.
Strictly Prohibited
• Purchased followers
• Bots or automated engagement
• Engagement pods
• Follower farms
• Paid traffic without approval
All growth must come from organic discovery and real engagement.
Verification
Performance will be verified directly through Instagram analytics and insights.
Milestones must show:
• normal engagement patterns
• real audience interaction
• authentic discovery sources
