I am a medical professional building my personal brand under the name “Dr. Faizan Irfan.”
Although the Instagram account currently has approximately 54 followers, I am not starting from zero. I have already been featured and published in approximately 80 newspapers and media publications and have an established professional reputation that can be leveraged to build a strong digital presence.
I am seeking an experienced Instagram Growth Manager and Content Creator who can help transform existing credibility and media recognition into a substantial online audience and a profitable personal brand.
This is not simply a follower-growth project. The goal is to build a respected medical and educational brand with long-term monetization potential.
Responsibilities
• Complete profile audit and optimization.
• Improve branding, bio, highlights, and overall profile presentation.
• Create and manage content, including posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy.
• Utilize existing media coverage and professional achievements as content assets.
• Grow the account organically using ethical methods.
• Increase engagement and audience trust.
• Identify future monetization opportunities and brand partnerships.
• Assist in building a long-term digital business around the brand.
Growth Objectives
Current Followers: Approximately 54
Initial Target: 10,000–20,000 genuine followers.
Long-Term Objective: Establish a recognized medical personal brand with sustainable revenue streams and continued audience growth.
Compensation Structure
I am open to a partnership-oriented arrangement.
Follower Milestone Payments
• ₹1,700 for every 5,000 genuine followers achieved.
Examples:
• 5,000 followers = ₹1,700
• 10,000 followers = ₹3,400
• 15,000 followers = ₹5,100
• 20,000 followers = ₹6,800
Revenue Sharing
If the account begins generating revenue during the growth phase, I am willing to offer up to 40% of the revenue generated during the early stages.
Long-Term Compensation
Once the account reaches stability with a substantial audience and consistent performance, compensation can be reviewed and restructured by mutual agreement into:
• Revenue sharing,
• Fixed monthly compensation,
• Performance bonuses,
• Or a hybrid model.
Requirements
• Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically.
• Strong content creation and branding skills.
• Experience with personal brands, creators, influencers, or professionals.
• Understanding of audience growth and monetization.
• Ability to provide examples of previous results.
