My priority is to grow our Instagram follower base and turn that momentum into tangible brand impact. I’m looking for someone who can own the entire process—from planning an entertaining content mix to launching and optimising ads—while keeping the brand’s voice consistent and lively.
Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll create a steady stream of short-form, entertaining posts that naturally weave in product showcases so followers see real value without feeling sold to. Alongside organic publishing, you’ll set up and refine paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager to put our best content in front of the right audiences, then use Instagram Insights to guide tweaks that boost reach, clicks, and, most importantly, new followers.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• A concise content calendar with copy, visuals, and posting schedule
• Graphic or video assets formatted for the feed, Stories, and Reels
• Paid campaign setup, targeting, and ongoing optimisation reports
• A snapshot of follower growth, engagement rate, and next-step recommendations
