Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn Cold DM Sales Outreach
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
The task is simple and focused: handle outbound sales outreach through Instagram DMs aimed at real estate agents and real estate photographers. I will supply the core offer, any brand assets, and suggested message templates; you will refine the copy, identify the right profiles, start genuine conversations, and move prospects to the next step (typically a booked call or a warm hand-off to me).
Instagram is the only platform I want used for this campaign, so you should already be comfortable navigating its search, hashtag, and location tools, as well as keeping track of message threads in the IG inbox.
Because there’s no hard deadline, quality and consistency matter more than speed. I would rather see a steady stream of well-qualified leads than a burst of rushed messages.
When you respond, include examples of past work that prove you can:
• write attention-grabbing cold DMs,
• keep prospects engaged over several touches, and
• deliver measurable results (replies, appointments, or conversions).
If you have results from real estate outreach specifically, that will carry extra weight.
