Requirements:
Proven experience in Instagram & Facebook marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience with organic and paid growth strategies
Creative mindset with good design and content ideas
Understanding of audience psychology and engagement
Ability to deliver real results and ROI
Good communication skills
Must share previous work or portfolio
