Instagram Brand Awareness for Academy
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run ACE Academy, a Bangalore-based tutoring centre that serves Grade 1–12 students across CBSE, ICSE, State Board and other syllabi, both online and offline. I want an Instagram specialist who can position our academy as the first name parents recall when they think of high-quality tutoring in Bangalore.
Our primary objective is brand awareness. Every post should educate parents about our subject expertise while also highlighting tangible proof of results. Toward that end, the feed must revolve around two content pillars:
• Informative educational posts that simplify tricky concepts, exam tips, and board-specific guidance.
• Student success stories that showcase real scores, testimonials, or short reel interviews with achievers.
The visual and copy tone has to remain professional and formal—something that reassures parents they are dealing with trusted educators rather than a casual coaching page.
I expect you to pull together a three-month Instagram plan that includes:
• A clear content calendar mapping each post to one of the two pillars.
• Caption copy (with relevant hashtags) that stays in the professional register.
• Art direction guidelines for static posts, carousels, and short reels.
• Engagement strategy covering comment replies, story polls, and DMs so potential parents feel heard.
• A lightweight reporting template so we can measure reach, impressions, follower growth, and top-performing content.
Monthly performance report (reach, impressions, follower growth)
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe, and basic insights reporting will be essential. If you’ve grown similar education brands before, please share those handles along with a brief outline of your approach.
