Influencer Messaging

I am looking for someone that I can provide a certain criteria of demographic and then they can message a bunch of people within that demographic (Mainly small influencers into fashion). This is so that I can send these influencers free products in exchange for a social media shout out on my Clothing Brand. We specialise in selling hats and sunglasses.
