Help me monetize my esports brand

Hey there, I am looking for a qualified individual with experience in monetizing social communities especially in esports gaming industry if you from South Africa it would be a bonus. I currently have social media pages and a few clients about 3 at my company what we do is we are a tournament organizer on a very small scale we are busy with our first tournament and then our main source of income is by designing and selling merch for esport teams and content creators. our problem we currently have is we spend more money on marketing and getting influencers to promote our brand but in return we do not see an increase in orders for jerseys we need someone that can help us turn that around.
