We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to grow our Architecture & Interior Design brand through Facebook and Instagram. Our primary goal is to increase high-quality website traffic, generate qualified leads, and build a strong online presence.
### Scope of Work
* Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with our brand identity.
* Create premium-quality social media content, including:
* Instagram Reels
* Stories
* Carousel posts
* Static posts
* Facebook posts
* Write engaging captions with strong calls-to-action that encourage users to visit our website or inquire about our services.
* Design visually appealing creatives that showcase our architecture projects, interior designs, before-and-after transformations, 3D renders, and client testimonials.
* Schedule and publish content consistently across Facebook and Instagram.
* Optimize each platform with relevant hashtags, audience targeting, and platform-specific strategies.
### Paid Advertising
* Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Drive qualified traffic to our website and landing pages.
* Generate inquiries for residential, commercial, and luxury interior design projects.
* Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve performance and maximize ROI.
### Analytics & Reporting
Provide weekly performance reports covering:
* Website clicks
* Click-Through Rate (CTR)
* Cost Per Website Visit
* Reach & Engagement
* Leads Generated
* Ad Spend & Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
* Recommendations for continuous improvement
### Required Skills
* Proven experience managing Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
* Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
* Experience marketing architecture, interior design, real estate, luxury lifestyle, or home décor brands is highly preferred.
* Ability to manage both organic growth and paid advertising campaigns.
