FSBO Social Media Blitz
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a skilled marketer to help advertise my house for sale by owner (FSBO) across multiple social media platforms.
Platforms to use:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Twitter
- Craigslist
- LinkedIn
Content type: It is already on the MLS. I am now offering seller financing with no bank qualifying. That is most of the text needed plus one more line of text and then add a link to the text so they can see the pictures and all the details about the house. Very simple. No pictures, no logos-just text like this. Like three lines of text and a link. I would guess I would want someone to update (repost) all platforms like 3x a week say monday-weds-friday.

- Proven experience in real estate marketing
- Strong writing skills for engaging text descriptions
- Familiarity with all listed platforms
- Ability to create and manage posts across multiple accounts
- Knowledge of target audiences on each platform
