I’m ready to hand the reins of my entire social media presence to someone who is confident enough to be paid only when real, trackable revenue rolls in. My focus is simple: I want more sales and qualified leads, not vanity metrics.
This is a fixed term contract PLUS A RESIDUAL INCOME FOR RESULTS ONLY

You’ll be free to work across every major channel—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and any others you believe can convert—so long as the activity directly drives purchases or enquiries I can verify. Creative, copy, audience research, ad-set structuring, pixel or conversion tracking, and ongoing optimisation will all sit with you; I’ll step in only to approve assets and confirm numbers.
The commercial arrangement is 100 % commission based. Once we agree on a percentage per confirmed sale or qualified lead, that rate is locked in—no retainers, no hourly fees. I will provide transparent access to the sales dashboard so you can see your earnings grow in real time.
To make sure we’re aligned from day one, here’s how I’ll sign off success:
• A clear launch plan outlining campaign objectives, target personas, and projected CPL/CPA figures.
• Tracking set up so every lead or sale can be attributed back to its source platform.
• Weekly performance snapshots summarising spend, conversions, and your commission totals.
