Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The task is straightforward: secure ten confirmed visio-presentation appointments every business day with managers of dermatology clinics across Brazil. All outreach and scheduling must happen through Instagram DMs, voice notes, or calls made inside the app—no other channel takes priority.
Because our follow-up team presents in English and Urdu, the representative needs full fluency in both languages; any Portuguese you bring is a plus but not essential. Once an appointment is locked in, simply add it to our shared calendar, noting clinic name, manager’s WhatsApp or direct number, Instagram handle, agreed date and time, and a quick screenshot of the confirmation chat for proof.
Acceptance criteria
• 10 fresh, non-duplicate meetings per working day
• Each contact is a decision-maker (owner, head doctor, or clinic manager) at a dermatology clinic
• Appointments scheduled at least 24 h in advance, within 09:00-18:00 Brasília Time
• Screenshot evidence attached for every booking
A daily spreadsheet and screenshot folder constitute completion for that day. Consistency and clear communication matter more than aggressive selling; the only goal here is a firmly scheduled visio presentation. If you can keep that cadence, the collaboration can extend long term.
