[Python] Setup + Remote Control of 50–100 Instagram Accounts (Proxy + Session Isolation)

I am looking for a developer to build a system that allows me to remotely manage 50 to 100 Instagram accounts in parallel. The system should allow me to perform basic actions on each account (follow, like, comment, tag, read DMs) in a safe and scalable way.

Each account must run in an isolated environment (browser profile, container, or emulator) with its own dedicated proxy (preferably rotating mobile or residential). Actions can be executed in batch — real-time control is not required.

I prefer the project to be built in Python, but I am open to other technologies if the developer has a strong implementation plan.


You can either host the environment or help me deploy it on my own machine or server.
