Help to generate Instagram Access Token, User Id & Client Id

Hey,
I am looking for some help to connect my shopify site with my instagram business account....

I need to generate:
- Instagram Access Token,
- Instagram User Id
- Instagram Client Id

I have created the FB app, and is trying to connect via the Instagram Graph API without luck...... So I need some help..
