Short Term Assistance for Property Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I recently came down with COVID and have a new tenant scheduled to move into my rental property in Alexandria, VA on 31 July. I require assistance with the outgoing tenant, allowing a cleaning crew into the townhouse, and providing the keys and a walk through for the incoming tenant.
1. Walk through the townhouse with outgoing tenant (30 July, evening, or 31 July, morning). Inspect for any maintenance issues - make a note and let me know what they are. Collect keys from outgoing tenant.
2. Provide access to townhome for cleaning crew (31 July, afternoon). Allow cleaning crew access to townhome, come back when they are done cleaning (3-5 hours) and inspect work.
3. Provide keys to new tenant evening of 31 July.
