Factory & Storage Inspections and Acceptance Testing (International)

1- Carry out visual inspections of the equipment “as is, where is” and document with photographs of conditioning/storage. TUV SW Standardization Certifications is to also ensure that where possible, photographs of any labels/SKU/Coding that relates to the equipment type and identifies the intended destination and Project references are captured.
2- Verify and compare the equipment storage environment with that of the manufacturer’s recommendations.
3- Carry out audits at fabricators’ premises to assess the manufacturing and quality processes.
4- Implementation of the inspection and test plans.
5- Preparation of inspection and test reports and associated records documentation.
6- Interim reporting (Flash Reporting) to Modon about any areas of concern related to the product or associated quality processes and systems.
7- Formal notification of any issues preventing sign-off of the goods release certificate.
8- Attend meetings with Modon, and Waveco, to discuss any rectification requirements (if required).
9- Implementation of the inspection and test plan associated with any rectification works (if required).
10- Preparation and sign-off of the goods release certificate, which will then allow the dispatch of the goods
