Inkcut Setup with Inkscape on Windows

I need assistance setting up Inkcut with Inkscape (version 1.1 or later) on a Windows machine for use with a Summa vinyl cutter.

Requirements:
- Experience with Inkcut and Inkscape
- Familiarity with Windows OS
- Knowledge of vinyl cutting processes
