House plan project

I need a blueprint for classic house plan (sketch design need to be provided) ..

-Outside the house big kitchen around 7x4m + 2 stores room around 4x3 from store 6x4
--Maids room 4x5 with a toilet
-i want to have a small fountain in my garden

Ground floor
-Open lobby
-Great room “majlis” around 6x10 m + washing area 3 sinks + toilet with a sink , Dinning room around 6X10M smaller connected to the majlis
-Open saloons “ preferred to be on the backside of the house with a glass view of the back garden with an open American kitchen
-Big pantry kitchen around 5x5m +storage room in the pantry around 3x2m
-1 or 2 guests rooms room around 4x4.5m + bathrooms
-fancy lift
-Classic or fancy style stairs



First floor
-4 master bed room 5x5 with dressing room 4x3.5 toilets ,contain bathtubs showers and toilet + big counter mirror with a sink in the middle
-small open lobby in middle between the room
Roof

Note: the total size of the house between 1000 square meters and 1200 square meters. I’m open also to your suggestions and creations, i have attached the site plan below
