This Training Centre aspires to be a globally recognized Centre of Excellence in aviation training, equipped with world-class infrastructure, advanced training methodologies, and industry-driven skill development programs. Scope of Development
The project comprises 18 buildings, categorized into institutional, residential, and recreational facilities, designed to support comprehensive aviation training and operations:

The design scope includes architectural planning, structural design, master planning, landscaping, sustainability compliance (4-star GRIHA), and interior space planning. The consultant will also be responsible for developing tenderable drawings, schematic designs, 3D visualizations, and cost estimates to ensure the successful execution of this vision.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Review the design of the site plan & building plans received w.r.t the project requirement and the statutory norms and guidelines. After reviewing will modify the drawings if necessary and finalise the conceptual floor plans.
• Review the existing design and drawings prepared for City-side Masterplan and prepared tenderable drawings for buildings.
• Design two new Auditoriums as part of City-side Masterplan.

• 4 Star GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment)
• Landscaping
• Conceptual site Plan at appropriate scale (1:100)
• Plans & Sections of 18 nos. of Buildings (scale 1:100).

• Preliminary Interior Space Planning
• PowerPoint presentation summarizing the above deliverables.
• At least 10 indicative images rendered to give the idea of the schematic.
• Submit preliminary concept for all the relevant components supported by 3D visualizations along with a preliminary cost estimate.

i. Plans of all floors showing structural system, vertical transportation elements, core elements, vertical shafts, floor elevations
ii. Key dimensions, bay sizes, structural grid and overall dimensions
iii. General notes indicating major extent of materials and any special conditions of equipment.

v. Floor area Ratio
Building Sections
i. Sections through building to show relevant conditions including vertical transportation and adjacent conditions
ii. Floor to floor height
iii. Ceiling heights
iv. Schematic section details keyed
Building Elevations
i. Major elevations with extent of glazing type proposed and mullion spacing with design wind pressure indicated.
o Texture, projections, corbellings, claddings, if any.
o Overall dimensions.
o Detailed project report ((DPR)
o Submit preliminary concept for all the relevant components supported by 3D visualizations along with a preliminary cost estimate.
o Prepare final tender drawings of 18 no. of buildings and comprehensive EPC/ Turnkey Tender documents after approval of detailed design and incorporating IDCO's comments.
o Prepare estimate as per OPWD norms. The estimate shall also include the items which are not present in OPWD norms, on prevailing market rate along with justification, specification.
o Prepare the EPC/ Turnkey tender document for selection of Contractor for execution of 20 nos. of buildings. Prepare tender drawings. Work specifications and schedule of quantities sufficient to prepare estimate of cost and tender documents including code of practice covering aspects like mode of measurement, method of payments, quality control procedures on materials & works and other conditions of contract.
