AWS Certified Solutions Architect–Professional for saas project
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 INR
I need a hands-on AWS Certified Solutions Architect–Professional to design and deploy the core infrastructure for my SaaS platform while driving ongoing cost optimisation. The immediate focus is Infrastructure setup—server configuration, full AWS account and VPC groundwork, and repeatable provisioning through CloudFormation—running on a Linux stack.
Scope
• Design a scalable, multi-AZ architecture that fits a SaaS model.
• Script all resources (EC2, RDS/Aurora, VPC, subnets, security groups, IAM, alarms, backups) in CloudFormation so I can spin up new environments quickly.
• Tune each component for right-sizing and cost efficiency, recommending Savings Plans, reserved instances or spot strategies where appropriate.
• Leave me with clear run-books and diagrams so future engineers can extend the setup.
Deliverables
1. Production-ready CloudFormation templates with parameterised inputs.
2. Architecture diagram (Visio, Lucidchart, or AWS Architecture Icons).
3. Written hand-off that documents cost-saving measures and daily/weekly checks.
4. A brief live walkthrough to validate the deployment in my account.
Acceptance Criteria
• Stack deploys cleanly in my AWS tenant with zero manual edits.
• All resources show compliant tagging and cost-allocation labels.
• Baseline CloudWatch alarms fire on simulated faults.
• EC2 instances launch on a hardened Linux AMI that passes CIS benchmarks out of the box.
Security compliance isn’t part of this phase, but if you spot quick wins while building, flag them so we can queue them for a follow-up sprint.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me about one recent SaaS architecture you delivered and the monthly cost savings you achieved after optimisation.
