Daily Infor SyteLine Metrics Report
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Overview
We are a manufacturing company using Infor SyteLine (Cloud) and are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine / Birst reporting developer to design and implement a daily, automated executive metrics report (“BBB”).
This report is a single, consolidated PDF containing multiple operational, financial, and production metrics, distributed automatically to management.
Note: This engagement is primarily for the BBB report described below. There may be additional reporting opportunities after successful delivery, but those are out of scope for this initial project.

Objectives
• Produce a daily executive metrics report from SyteLine Cloud data
• Automate report generation and email distribution
• Ensure accuracy, security, and site-level data isolation
• Use only core, already-licensed tools

Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will:
• Analyze existing metric definitions and data relationships
• Build a single, all-in-one daily report including multiple functional areas such as:
o Shipments & revenue
o Production bookings
o Quotes
o Sales backlog (multiple views)
o Inventory
o AR / AP
o Revenue / income statement
o Delivery performance
o Recent-period and rolling trend metrics
• Parameterize the report by Site
• Automate:
o Daily execution
o PDF generation
o Email distribution to a defined recipient list
• Implement appropriate security controls (read-only, role-based, site-restricted)

Technical Constraints (Critical)
• Infor SyteLine – Cloud environment
• No direct database access
• No third-party tools
• No additional licensing
• Must use core, supported tools only, such as:
o SyteLine reporting tools / IDOs
o Mongoose framework
o Birst (already licensed)
• Developer must understand:
o SyteLine data relationships
o How metrics are derived (not just raw tables)
o SyteLine ↔ Birst data connectivity

• Fully functional daily automated PDF report
• Email distribution configured and tested
• Site-based filtering verified
• Documentation covering:
o How the report runs
o How recipients are managed
o How the report can be maintained or extended

Required Experience
• Proven experience with Infor SyteLine Cloud
• Strong reporting background (SyteLine and/or Birst)
• Experience building automated executive reports
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs
• Ability to work within cloud and licensing constraints

• Long-term availability for future reporting enhancements
