Here’s what I need you to weave in:
• Clean, data-driven charts that speak directly to the numbers already in the slides—occupancy, rental rate growth, NOI, anything else specific to the self-storage sector.
• Fresh, cited research on current market trends and the competitive landscape, plus a clear “buy vs. build” comparison for investors weighing acquisition against ground-up development.
• Add four to eight slides of interactive nature, that can be used to break the intensity of the presentation. In the past I have used the "what do you see in the image", and interesting and amusing short video clips. For example the running of the squirrels, and the herding cats videos.
• A mix of infographics, concise icons/illustrations, and tasteful stock photography that keep the audience engaged without clutter.
• Copy-editing, layout tweaks, and if it trims bloat, the option to merge slides and smooth transitions so the story flows.
What you’ll hand back:
