Professional Report Design
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are seeking an experienced graphic designer/report designer to produce professionally designed deliverables for a strategic foresight research project.
Deliverables:
Main Report – approximately 80–100 pages
Executive Summary Document – approximately 25–30 pages
Infographics – approximately 10 standalone infographics to be embedded within reports
Content Provided:
Fully written and edited text (Microsoft Word)
Draft figures and tables requiring professional formatting
Information for infographic development
Brand/design protocol document to be followed
Scope of Work:
Professional layout and typesetting of report content
Design and creation of infographics based on concepts we provide
Formatting of tables and figures to highest publication standard
Ensuring consistency with supplied brand guidelines
Delivery of print-ready PDFs and editable source files (InDesign or equivalent)
Required Skills:
Proven experience designing professional reports, white papers, or policy documents
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern report design
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent professional layout software)
Experience creating data-driven infographics
Ability to work to brand guidelines
Excellent attention to detail and typography
Timeline:
Project start: Immediately upon appointment
Final delivery required: Tuesday 24th March 2026
An iterative review process with approximately 2–3 rounds of feedback
