Polished Formal Office Presentation

I need a PowerPoint deck that will be delivered in an internal office setting. The content is final on my end—I simply want it transformed into a clear, professional, and formal design that maintains a corporate look and feel.

Scope
• Take my raw text, data, and any placeholder images and turn them into 10–20 cohesive slides.
• Apply a consistent layout hierarchy, appropriate typography, and our standard colour palette (I will share the brand guide once we start).
• Incorporate clean infographics, tables, or simple charts where they help the audience grasp key points quickly.
• Ensure slide masters and section dividers are properly set up so the file remains editable for future updates.

Deliverables
1. PowerPoint file (.pptx) with 10–20 fully designed slides.
2. All embedded visuals editable (no flattened images).
3. A brief note explaining fonts, colours, and any graphic resources used.

Acceptance criteria
• Slides open without missing assets or font issues.
• Layout remains consistent when viewed on both 16:9 and 4:3.
• File size stays reasonable for email distribution (<15 MB).
