Modern NGO Report Design

I have a fully written report that now needs to be transformed into a polished, modern-looking publication that showcases our organisation’s achievements. The content is locked; your expertise lies in shaping the layout and visual style so everything feels cohesive with our existing brand guidelines.

What I’m looking for
• A modern and minimalist aesthetic throughout the document.
• A clear hierarchy that lets busy readers scan key facts quickly.
• Thoughtfully placed infographics, photographs, and charts/graphs to bring our impact stories to life.
• Consistent use of our colours, fonts, and iconography.

Deliverables
1. Two initial layout concepts (cover + sample spreads) for me to choose from.
2. A complete, press-ready PDF plus editable source files (InDesign preferred; Illustrator for graphics is fine).
3. A lightweight web PDF optimised for email and download.
4. Up to two revision rounds after the first full draft.

Why you
If you’ve designed annual or impact reports for NGOs, social enterprises, or foundations, your portfolio will speak my language. Familiarity with accessibility considerations, print specs, and RGB/CMYK colour management is a plus.

Timeline
I’d like to see the first concepts within one week of kick-off, with the final files delivered two weeks later. Please include a brief note on your availability and confirm whether these dates work for you when you share sample work.
