An upcoming HR conference has invited me to share the latest workforce insights, and I need a fresh, modern-looking PowerPoint that informs seasoned industry professionals without feeling stiff or overly corporate. The deck should balance a clean, trendy aesthetic—think bold typography, plenty of white space, tasteful gradients or muted neons—with rock-solid data visualisation so the audience can absorb key findings at a glance.
I will supply all content, charts, graphs statistics, and branding guidelines; you transform them into a visually engaging story. Infographics, icon sets, subtle slide transitions, and high-resolution imagery that aligns with current design trends are welcome as long as they never distract from the information itself.
Deliverables
• 20–25 editable slides in .pptx format
• Custom master slide/layouts for quick future updates
• Consistent colour palette, fonts, and iconography matching the conference brand guide
• Embedded charts and graphics built natively in PowerPoint (no flattened images)
• Final version plus a copy stripped of animations for web distribution
Acceptance criteria
• All text remains easily editable; no critical content rasterised
• Visual hierarchy ensures data points stand out clearly on every slide
• File opens without missing assets or font substitution warnings in Office 365
