Modern Annual Report Design

I need our organisation’s latest results turned into a modern, sleek annual report that feels more like a high-end publication than a standard corporate booklet. All content is ready; what’s missing is the creative presentation that will help stakeholders instantly see what we achieved this year.
Here is the framework I have in mind:
• Layout should flow by project or initiative, letting readers jump straight to the programmes that matter to them.
• Visual storytelling is essential. Every key metric already sits in spreadsheets, so please translate those numbers into clear graphs and charts, surround them with infographics for context, and balance the data pages with well-chosen photos or illustrations of our people and work.
• Consistency in typography, colour palette and iconography is important so the whole piece feels unified yet fresh.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Initial design concept (cover, two internal spreads) for approval.
2. Full report in an editable format (InDesign, Illustrator or equivalent) plus a press-ready PDF and a web-optimised PDF.
3. Source files for all custom graphics and infographics.
