Graphic with 11k squares of sequential numbers

I need an Ulam’s Spiral graphic including 11,000 squares with digits as I’ll describe to you in DM’s. You can Google Ulam’s Spiral to understand what this looks like. There will need to be a unique number inside of each of the 11,000 squares. Bands going out from the center will need to be color coded according to range of numbers. There will be 20 bands, so 20 colors/hues. It should be vectorized to easily scale when zooming in.
