Expert PowerPoint Designer for Corporate Presentation

I am looking for an expert PowerPoint designer to create a high-impact, professional board presentation for my company, INCRYOMED (Integrated Industrial, Medical Engineering & Advanced Healthcare Solution Provider).
We are a medical engineering and healthcare infrastructure company. This presentation will be delivered by the Director (me) to the internal team to outline our vision, goals, and operational roadmap.
Project Requirements:
• Platform: Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) - Must be fully editable.
• Slide Count: Approximately 15–20 slides.
• Content: I will provide the full text/outline. The designer does not need to write content, but must be able to layout text visually (avoiding walls of text).
• Design Style:

• Colors: Blue, Silver/Grey, White (aligned with our logo).
• Visuals: Use high-quality stock images relevant to "Clean Rooms," "Cryogenic Storage," "Industrial Manufacturing," and "Hospitals."

Deliverables:
