Design me an infographic to summarise a research project

I would like an experienced infographic designer to work with me on designing a graphic to summarise the aims of a research project. The research work will be looking at emergency admissions to hospital. I need a graphic that will help communicate the aims and objectives of the research to a wide range of audiences. A track record of design working with researchers in health and social care would be an advantage.
