Technology team transformation plan

Hello! I am preparing an Executive audience presentation that shows the strategic shift of my team and service transformation to scale with the rapid growth and changes of my company. Focus on brief history, what we are changing and why, benefits etc. Theme is acceleration (F1car) along with high tech look and feel. Content mostly storyline of strategy, pyramid diagram required to show build of skills and would greatly appreciate ideas from designer to sort my ideas out! Thank you!
