Help with infographic creation
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hello,
I’m a physiotherapist specialising in chronic pain. I’m thinking of creating an infographic to help patients understand the multiple factors which influence pain either positively or negatively.
Something I was roughly thinking of is a Boulder in the middle of a 1-10 pain scale (or increased pain / less pain to remove the objective number) with little people each side pulling towards more or less pain - like a tug of war picture.
On the increased pain side it would list the factors which would influence this such as poor sleep, low physical activity, poor diet, increased stress / worry, reconditioning. And vice versa on the other side.
I was just looking around to see if ho could potentially help me create this and how much it would be.
