Corporate Organizational Chart design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a visually attractive, modern organizational chart of my compnay that prints clearly on A4 (210 × 297 mm) and also looks excellent on-screen. The chart must be easy to read at a quick glance, scalable, and styled for a professional corporate audience so stakeholders will want to look at it repeatedly.
Source data: I will attach an existing org-chart PDF (names, roles and reporting lines). Use the provided structure — hierarchy, reporting lines and team groups must remain accurate.
Design goals:
Clean, modern, and highly legible on A4 (portrait and optional landscape).
Clear hierarchy and visual separation between Corporate, Sales, Delivery, Offshore, HR, and Recruiters.
Scannable: visual anchors for CEO / MD / Heads, team leads, and individual contributors.
Professional color palette (I’m open to suggestions; supply a second monochrome version for printing).
Use icons/soft shapes, consistent spacing, balanced white space, and smart typography.
Deliverables (required):
Editable Canva link (primary). If you prefer Figma/Illustrator provide editable version and the Canva export.
Print-ready PDF formatted for A4 at 300 DPI (bleed-free unless necessary).
High-resolution PNG (A4 — 300 DPI) for preview.
One single-page A4 layout (portrait). Optional: a landscape alternative.
One monochrome/greyscale export suitable for black & white printing.
A short notes file (text) explaining fonts, colors, and how to update the chart in Canva.
Source files (SVG/AI/Figma) — optional but preferred.
Technical specs & preferences:
Final PDF: 210 mm × 297 mm, 300 DPI, embedded fonts or converted to outlines.
Minimum font size for names: readable at 100% scale (recommend 9–11 pt body).
Use web-safe & professional fonts (or provide files).
Maintain visual accessibility: contrast ratio and legible font weights.
Keep file sizes reasonable (<10 MB for PDF preferable).
Design requirements / constraints:
Maintain accuracy of reporting lines from supplied data.
Recruiters report to team leads; team leads report to Delivery Head; Sales report to CEO (as per supplied chart).
CEO and MD/CFO should have a dotted reporting relationship to Finance Head as in the source (if present) — replicate structure.
Avoid clutter — use connectors, curved lines or tidy straight lines, and keep spacing consistent.
Provide a version optimized for printing (1-page) — no overlapping boxes or tiny text.
