We’re hiring a dedicated Web3 marketing agency to manage everything end-to-end in our marketing and growth journey, with the primary goal of increasing:
Token holders
Website traffic
Social media presence
Community engagement (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Medium)

✅ Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute full-scale Web3 marketing campaigns
Create, schedule, and post content across all major social platforms
Handle and grow Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Medium
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, X via 3rd-party where needed)
Tie up with small & mid-level influencers for promotions and AMAs
Launch and manage contests, giveaways, raid campaigns
Respond to community queries and maintain high engagement
Track and report metrics weekly (followers, traffic, token holders, impressions)
Provide recommendations and execute marketing improvements

Requirements:
Proven experience in Web3 marketing
Ability to design or coordinate design for marketing graphics
Familiarity with influencer outreach & management
Strong knowledge of DeFi, token marketing, and community building
Fluent in building FOMO-driven, viral campaigns
Able to handle 24/7 active community engagement

Budget & Timeline:
Initial budget: $1500 USD for 1 month
(Paid weekly based on deliverables and performance)
If performance is strong: Extendable to $5000/month+ long-term
