I run TwelveTOK, an official UK-based TikTok Live agency, and I’m ready to scale our roster of Gaming, Music, and Lifestyle streamers. I need a recruiter who already lives on TikTok, knows how to spot promising live talent, and can steer creators through TikTok’s invitation-code onboarding without missing a step.
What the work looks like
You’ll search TikTok (and any other channels you find useful) for UK creators who regularly broadcast live. Once you’ve opened a conversation, check that their unique invitation code is valid, coach them through setup, then monitor that they go live at least twice a week with 15 + concurrent viewers. The creator counts as “active” only when those boxes are ticked, so attention to detail and compliance with TikTok Live rules are critical.
Deliverables per recruited creator
• Verified invitation code received and logged
• Two qualifying livestreams (≥15 viewers) completed in the first week
• Confirmation that all TikTok Live policies have been followed
