Recruitment Partner for Influencer Collaboration (India only)

I'm seeking a dedicated recruitment partner to assist in identifying and engaging suitable social media influencers for our brand. The role involves ensuring influencers adhere to our content and posting guidelines, as well as supporting communication and coordination throughout the collaboration process. You will earn a direct commission for each influencer who successfully completes the full collaboration process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact social media influencers on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure influencers meet our criteria of minimum follower count and content relevance to our brand.
- Support communication and coordination with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of business-related tasks and details.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in influencer marketing and recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization throughout the process.
