Part-Time Influencer Acquisition – Pay Per Creator
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We are launching a video-sharing app (like YouTube) where creators can upload any type of content — vlogs, tutorials, comedy, DIY, dance, music, etc.
We are looking for a part-time influencer outreach person to bring new creators every day.
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Explain the app’s benefits: earn coins/money, safe uploading, easy payouts
• Onboard creators and guide them to upload their first video
• Ensure creators stay active and continue uploading content
• Provide daily updates on how many creators joined
Requirements:
• Experience in influencer marketing or social media outreach
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and result-driven
• Comfortable working remotely every day
Payment Model (Performance-Based):
• Pay per creator successfully onboarded and uploading content (e.g., ₹50–₹100 per creator)
• Work part-time from home, daily effort expected
• No fixed salary → earnings depend on results
Additional Notes:
• Target creators primarily in India, international creators are a bonus
• Creators can upload any type of video
• Daily reporting is required
