Position: Marketing Strategist & Creator Growth Coordinator(From INDIA)

We are building a live streaming platform focused on creator engagement, live broadcasts, and premium fan interactions.

Responsibilities:

* Recruit and onboard live stream hosts
* Build partnerships with talent agencies
* Manage influencer outreach campaigns
* Coordinate creator onboarding and engagement
* Develop creator growth and retention strategies
* Support social media and community growth

Requirements:

* Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, live streaming, or talent management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently in a startup environment
* Experience with Instagram, YouTube, and creator outreach

Compensation:
Fixed monthly payment plus performance incentives based on creator onboarding and growth targets.
