Instagram Music Creators Procurement

I am looking to hire a freelancer to identify, reach out to, and successfully procure nano and micro Instagram creators for a paid music PR campaign. The objective is to collaborate with creators who primarily post singing covers—acoustic, piano, guitar, or raw vocal performances—within the indie, Hindi/Urdu, or emotional music space. Eligible creators must fall within the 1,000–10,000 follower range (nano) or 10,000–100,000 follower range (micro), have genuine engagement, and maintain a music-focused profile. The freelancer will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, including discovering suitable creators, contacting them via Instagram DM or email, clearly communicating that this is a paid collaboration, and securing written confirmation of their willingness to post a short singing cover Reel of the song. A creator will be considered successfully procured only upon explicit confirmation; outreach attempts, seen messages, or non-committal responses will not be counted. The freelancer will maintain and share a structured list of confirmed creators with relevant details and proof of confirmation. All creator data and campaign details will remain confidential and the sole property of the artist.
