Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify relevant influencers/creators in niches like Fashion, lifestyle, Bold, and Gaming (primarily India-based, but open to global).
Send personalized outreach messages/DMs on Instagram and other socials, plus follow-up emails.
Use tools like email finders (Hunter.io, etc.) to gather contact info.
Track responses in a shared Google Sheet (I'll provide a template).
Aim for quality outreaches per week, with weekly reports on connections, replies, and hires.
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer recruitment or cold outreach (share examples/portfolio).
Strong English communication; bonus for Hindi.
Familiarity with Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, and email tools (Mailchimp/Gmail bulk).
Reliable, detail-oriented, with good response rates (target 10-20% reply rate).
