Influencer Relations Manager for Beauty/Tech Brand

Company Introduction:
We are a small team based in China, looking to expand into the Turkish market. Our main products include high-quality beauty items (skincare, serums, creams, etc.) and light electronics (wireless headphones, power banks, phone accessories, etc.). We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Influencer Relations Manager to help us grow in the beauty and technology sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to micro-influencers (3,000–20,000 followers) on Instagram and TikTok within the beauty, lifestyle, and technology niches.
Introduce our brand to influencers and propose collaboration opportunities.
Report and maintain a list of qualified influencers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to meet campaign goals and performance targets.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
A genuine interest in beauty or technology products.
Ability to keep up with social media trends and engage effectively with influencers.
A proactive, independent, and organized individual.
Fluent in Turkish, with English proficiency being a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: 201–477 TL/hour, linked to commission from the successful collaborations you help facilitate.
Expected Earnings (First Month): 8,000–11,000 TL (including income from commissions and successful collaborations).
Expected Earnings (Second Month): 12,000 TL+ (increased income as you successfully secure more partnerships).
